Document updates to the volume rendering, and while we're at it remove all the old (non-Camera) interface docs, or at least move them to an "outdated" region.

    The performance improvements are just to change the stride of the subsampling interpolation. Not sure it needs documenting. The camera stuff does, though! I think I am going to pass on that, however.
