#278 FLASH data reader does not set the domain_dimensions, which killed the quad_proj.

AttributeError: 'FLASHStaticOutput' object has no attribute 'domain_dimensions'

During the running of the quad proj projection on a FLASH dataset, the above error came out. Should be fixed in yt/frontends/flash/data_structures.py . This will be fixed shortly, but I want to check out this yt bugreport awesomeness.

    Fixed for FLASH file format 7 in changeset 52a205262e15. Needs information for other FLASH file formats.
